App Features

Profile—symbol: Teal blue faceless, non-gender specific avatar

After the user downloads the app, they are prompted by a screen that requests they complete the following form fields—First and Last Name, Company, Headquarters Location, Number of Locations, Annual Sales Amount, Estimated Budget. The user completes the last three fields by choosing their answers from a provided drop-down menu, making the user experience mobile-friendly. The user has the option of uploading a profile photo. If they decide to forgo this step, a faceless avatar, in either the shape of a male or female, will be designated to them.

Once the user completes their profile, they’ll hit the light blue button located at the bottom of the app titled “Create My Profile.” The only details from the profile that are publicly displayed are the user’s first name, along with the first initial of their last name, and their company’s name directly below their profile photo.

When a user clicks on this feature, they are directed to our Digi Calculator. Here lies a list of digital marketing options adorned by radio buttons that the user chooses from. The list ranges from basic needs for a digital strategy to graphics and content creation. After the user has checked off all the services they’re looking for an estimate on, they then hit the button that is titled “Calculate.” Within seconds, the app generates an estimate. The user can save estimates by starring them, or choose to return to the categories of services and refine their choices to generate alternate estimates.

User clicks this button and the app matches the user through artificial intelligence (AI) taking into consideration both the user’s needs and registered digital marketers’ skillsets. This feature utilizes many algorithms to match users with potential digital marketing partners that would be a good fit for the company. Each digital marketer has their own profile and can display recommendations from past or current clients to boost their credibility.

Messages—symbol: Teal blue envelope

Users can directly message their potential matches and converse with the digital marketers in real-time. The user can also sort their messages by most recent or by chronological order.
